Sky Q box upgrades for existing Sky customers

As an existing Sky customer you can upgrade here online and receive either the latest Sky Q 1TB box or Sky Q 2TB box depending on your requirements.

Sky Broadband services now come with a wireless Sky Q Hub and makes use of all other Sky Q equipment by utilising them as WIFI hotspot booster.
If you have an old Sky box then you are eligible for a upgrade. It is worth checking online by logging in to your Sky account to see what is on offer to you, as this depends on your current package. Contract length varies depending on your upgrade. For example, if you upgrade to Sky Sports without an offer, then only a 1 month rolling contract applies (unless otherwise stated). However, if you are upgrading using an offer or to a new box, then a 18 month contract will apply (unless otherwise stated). The contract is clearly outlined on the offer and in the T&C's before you decide to upgrade.
